Eligibility
- Nominee must be a full-time faculty or staff member at Penn State Berks
- Nominee must be the documented adviser of a SGA-recognized student organization
Criteria for Judging
- Provided outstanding advisement and support to their organization throughout the academic year
- Visible and integral part to the success of the student organization
- Contributed to the growth and development of individual students in the organization
- Considered a role model in terms of club advisement
- Assists students through leadership development
- Contributions to campus and/or surrounding community
- Nominations can/should include a description of how the advisor supports the student organization, student leaders and student organization programs and events.
Procedure
- Nominations accepted from any Berks student, faculty, or staff member. Self-nominations also accepted
- Nomination Rationale outlining the adviser’s qualifications for the award as they relate to established criteria (see below)
- Nomination Form (see below)
